This commercial rooftop project involved a 10kW solar system that needed scheduled cleaning support. The goal was to remove visible dust buildup, improve surface clarity and create a repeatable maintenance approach for future visits.
The commercial rooftop had multiple rows of panels with visible dust and grime. Larger sites need more planning than a normal home rooftop because technician movement, water access, safety, and the number of panels all affect the service time.
The IMSolarCare team planned the cleaning by section so the rooftop could be covered methodically. The work included soft-brush cleaning, de-ionized water use, panel surface rinsing, and photo documentation of cleaned sections.
The panels looked cleaner and easier to monitor after the visit. Actual energy gain can vary, so ongoing observation is better than relying on a fixed percentage claim.
